The Heat Dissipation Problem of Led Public lighting from xiuxiu's blog

Led Public lighting(CLASSIC) cooling problem has been plagued by the developers of the led lighting industry, the current lamps are basically using an aluminum alloy with inserts as a radiator. The heat dissipation effect of this heat sink is not ideal, and the heat sink usually reaches a higher temperature. As a supplier of the public lighting industry, the radiator industry has specially developed led public lighting radiators, combining the following aspects:

1. Breaking through the problem that the existing finned aluminum radiator has poor heat dissipation effect.

Most of the existing ceiling light lamps use finned aluminum as a heat sink. The heat dissipation effect of this heat sink is not ideal, and the heat sink usually reaches a higher temperature.

2. Insulation heat-dissipating plastic is used instead of aluminum alloy to make heat sink.

In 2009, Korea has developed an LED-insulated heat-dissipating plastic that increases the heat radiation capacity by 4-8 times while maintaining the heat dissipation capacity and the aluminum alloy. The LED heat sink made of this heat-dissipating material can greatly improve the overall heat dissipation effect.

3. Using the principle of liquid convection, it provides a ceiling light with good heat dissipation performance.

The heat absorbed by the coolant in the liquid storage tank installed in the lampshade is absorbed from the lampshade, and the natural convection between the two liquid storage tanks of different heights is utilized to dissipate the heat absorbed by the coolant from the lampshade. So that the lampshade of the ceiling light is well cooled.

4. It can be rotated flexibly for easy installation.

Since the coolant convection pipe connected between the two liquid storage tanks has a bellows structure, and the bellows structure is retractable and bendable, it does not hinder the flexible rotation of the lamp cover and is also easy to install.
