If you take all the necessary skills, that's 11,492,440 years of experience. This is less than the level of 98 for any skill. Wait, there is also a level 85 combat requirement. The requirements for the skill are 40 attack 65 defense, 69 strength, 55 prayer, 75 magic, 75 ranged and summoning. Add this to RuneScape gold the default 10 HP, and it only comes out to level 66.9. To achieve 85 combat, bump HP and attack to 60 & 60 and 61. This brings the total xp to 12,030.092.
But wait there's more. It's safe to assume you've got 65 defense and at minimum the strength of 69. If you've got 75 ranged, and 65 defense and you be able to attack with 65, 70 or 75 horsepower dependent on the way you train. This puts the total between 12,641,117 and 13,113 911. This is still the level of 89. It's a tough to get the quest capel at that level. However, it is possible to get it at this level. We'll just provide a rough estimation.
Remember that 99 on any field is 13,034,431 xp. I contend that the training for the quest cape is just as hard as most 99's. It's even harder when you take into account the fact that most of buy OSRS gold the training takes place at the lower levels. It's like training to the 99 range in f2p. It's much harder to achieve 13Mxp without the benefits of greater levels of proficiency which members usually take for an expected outcome.
