My friend bought it at release for $60.00, and mut coins madden 21 he match shares with me on PS. I was dissapointed when I made it free. Convinced myself to purchase it in my Xbox for $20.00 following an extended break, and repent it on 3 days after. Will not be buying 21, as I already get mad enough at 20 for it's bullshit. It's simply not going to change person, they are strictly about the revenue and they don't care how blatantly it seems. If they are able to come out and say"hey we just want your money" without any impacts they would do just that.
Face of this franchise is far better than their previous narrative manners, but not by far. I truly hated your choices did not matter. I really don't care about his sob story about a heart condition, I played , get it over. He always disrespects the player character, and you are forced to become buddy buddy with him no matter what. I like how going to school came with a name change into College Player, fairly cool.
Oh and the gameplay. Getting stuck on rookie is indeed dull. I needed to sim games following the first quarter, only playing offense, because the game will never finish. And I really don't know if it is a glitch, however, one game compelled me to play the whole game. I just tried to run around the area to kill clock. I didn't even get the control on defense. It just auto played. Game ended 100-0. It played with itself. Rookie style is brain dead mode. Oh and also the heavily promoted combine? It's only the 40 plus a pitching drill. And the 40 is just 3 quick time switches, which don't affect anything as long as you hit them.
The only positive is the fact that it looks like the story is actually continuing on as soon as you leave college. You have press conferences and locker room moments, which ok I guess. Franchise is trash same as the previous 3 decades, and the lawn gets dull after one game. Oh and the bugs. Pretty great stuff. You may regret it. Perhaps next gen is better, IDK, but that ai not it. Thank you for going more in depth. This was some of mut coins madden 21 my main frustrations with the story mode. Notably the combine. I didn't mind the first longshot up to this one. This was just really corny. No issue. I used ton't mind Longshot either really. I am saying it's better because it seems like the narrative is at least some what continuing , but I'm not sure how well. I ceased playing lol. I think the craziest thing to make this FoF better would've been to enable the difficulty to be altered, Eliminate Snoop, ( why is Snoop rooting for a Missouri HS team that's not even my team? Yes I picked my home state what of it lol) And about Tommy could be a rival or a friend depending on the decisions you made.
